

No refunds will be issued once the program starts, and no refunds or pro-rations will be made for weather-related cancellations or absentees. There will be an administrative fee applied to all approved refunds. Requests for a program refund must be made in writing to the Westfield Recreation Department at least two weeks before the program by mail or email. Children who have never participated in the Playground Program before will be required to show proof of grade by emailing or dropping off a report card or a letter from the child's school showing the grade of completion. Registration is available for children completing Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Spots are limited so be sure to register early. Playground registration will close on June 9th, or when each site is at capacity Regular Playground Rates will resume on March 4th. Registration begins Tuesday, February 21st at 10AM.Įarly Bird Rates will be February 21st - March 3rd. There will be no camp on Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th. The Summer Playground Program will be held Monday, June 26th to Friday, August 4th, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are happy to announce that we will be offering the Playground Program this year at six elementary schools and look forward to welcoming our participants back for a fun-filled summer! Camp will take place at Franklin, Jefferson, McKinley, Tamaques, Washington, and Wilson schools.
